How It Works
- Submit Your Enquiry — Fill out the form below with your blade type, style preferences, handle material, and any engraving or personalization details.
- Design Consultation — Our team will reach out within 2 business days to discuss your vision, confirm specifications, and provide a quote.
- Approval & Deposit — Once you approve the design and quote, a 50% deposit secures your commission slot.
- Forging & Crafting — Your blade is hand-forged, heat-treated, ground, and finished to your exact specifications. Lead time is typically 4–8 weeks.
- Final Review & Delivery — We send photos for your approval before shipping. Balance is due before dispatch.

How long does a custom order take?
Most custom blades take 4–8 weeks from deposit to delivery. Complex commissions (swords, matched sets) may take 8–12 weeks. We'll give you a specific timeline during your consultation.
Do you accept international custom orders?
Yes — we ship worldwide. Please note that import duties and blade laws vary by country. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the blade is legal to import in their jurisdiction.
Can I provide my own design or reference images?
Absolutely. We encourage it. You can attach images or links in your enquiry, or email them to us after submitting the form. The more reference material you provide, the better.
Is the deposit refundable?
The 50% deposit is non-refundable once forging has begun, as materials and labor are committed at that point. If we haven't started work, we can offer a partial refund. Please contact us as soon as possible if your plans change.
Do you offer bulk or corporate orders?
Yes — we offer volume pricing for corporate gifts, groomsmen sets, and wholesale orders. Contact us via the Wholesale page or mention it in your enquiry.
