About Our Knives

What materials do you use to make your knives?

We use premium materials including Damascus steel, D2 steel, and railroad spike carbon steel. Handles are crafted from carefully selected wood or resin, depending on the design.

Are your knives handmade?

Yes. Every Wild Hunt Steel blade is hand-forged by skilled craftsmen. Because of this, each piece may have slight natural variations in pattern and finish, which makes every knife truly one of a kind.

What is Damascus steel?

Damascus steel is created by folding and welding multiple layers of steel together, producing a distinctive wavy or flowing pattern on the blade. It is prized for its strength, sharpness, and beauty.

Are your knives suitable for everyday use?

Absolutely. Our knives are built for real-world use. Whether you are a professional chef, an outdoor hunter, or a collector, our blades are designed to perform and last a lifetime with proper care.

Ordering and Payment

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our store, add your chosen blade to the cart, and proceed to checkout. We accept all major credit cards and other payment methods available at checkout.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After that, your order may already be in processing. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes.

Do you offer gift wrapping or gift messages?

We do not currently offer gift wrapping, but you can include a personal message in the order notes at checkout and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Custom Orders

Do you accept custom knife orders?

Yes! We love creating bespoke pieces. You can request custom blade shapes, handle materials, and personalized carvings. Visit our Custom Orders page to learn more and get in touch.

How long does a custom order take?

Custom orders typically take 4 to 8 weeks depending on complexity and current demand. We will give you a more specific timeline when you reach out with your request.

Shipping and Delivery

Where do you ship?

We ship to all 50 US states and all Canadian provinces. We do not currently offer international shipping outside of the US and Canada.

How long does shipping take?

US orders typically arrive within 5 to 10 business days after processing. Canadian orders typically arrive within 7 to 14 business days. Please see our Shipping Policy for full details.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Orders over $50 qualify for free shipping within the United States.

Returns and Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused items in original condition. Custom orders are non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged. Please see our Refund and Returns Policy for full details.

My knife arrived damaged. What should I do?

We are sorry to hear that. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
