At Wild Hunt Steel, we are committed to delivering your hand-forged blades safely and promptly. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 states across the United States and all provinces across Canada. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days after payment is confirmed. Custom and bespoke orders may require additional processing time, which will be communicated to you at the time of order.

Shipping Rates

United States

Standard shipping is available on all US orders. Orders over $50 qualify for free shipping. Orders under $50 are charged a flat shipping rate at checkout.

Canada

Shipping rates to Canada are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Free shipping does not apply to Canadian orders at this time.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows. US orders typically arrive within 5 to 10 business days. Canadian orders typically arrive within 7 to 14 business days. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly through the carrier website.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
